Charles "Larry" Hribal, 56, of Westlake Village, California, died Saturday, February 19, 2000, in Tarzana Medical Center, Tarzana, Calif., following a lengthy illness.
He was born February 18, 1944, in Washington, D.C., son of James William Hribal and Mary Bulina Hribal.
He graduated from Notre Dame University with the Class of 1965.
Currently he was employed as a Surveillance Agent for The Flamingo Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Previously he had been a teacher and athletic director at schools in both Michigan and Illinois.
Mr. Hribal was Catholic by faith and played football at both Carmichaels (Pa.) Area High School and Notre Dame.
His parents are deceased. He is survived by two brothers: Gerry Hribal and wife, Kimberly, Westlake Village, California, and Rick Hribal of Carmichaels, Pa.; two nieces: Tascha Hribal and Elizabeth Hribal; and one nephew, James William Hribal.
Friends will be received at the PAUL MICHAEL LESAKO FUNERAL HOME INC., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, February 23, from 9 a.m until 10 a.m. A Prayer Service will be held at 10 a.m. with Rev. Fr. John Bauer officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa. Parish
Vigil Service in the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
