Dorothy Repko Udovich, 70, of Nemacolin, died at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, June
2, 1999, in her home, following a lengthy illness.
She was born August 30, 1928, in Nemacolin, a daughter of Joseph Repko and Mary Swancigar Bokat Repko Cihon.
Mrs. Udovich was a 1946 graduate of Cumberland Township High School in Carmichaels. She resided all of her life in Nemacolin, where she was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church.
She was a former member of the ladies auxiliary of Cumberland American Legion Post 400 of Carmichaels.
On January 23, 1950, she married Leonard Udovich, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Leonard Udovich of Mechanicsburg; a daughter, Angela Ryan of Hershey; a sister, Erma Cormack of Nemacolin; two half sisters, Mary Repko Garger and Helen Bokat Yandura, both of Nemacolin; three stepsisters, Mary Hurtuk of Garfield Heights, Ohio, Helen A. Longshore of Marana, Ariz., and Cecelia Yoskovich of Masontown; a stepbrother, Dr. William Cihon of Tucson, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two half brothers, Steve Repko and John Bokat; four half sisters, Mary Bokat Bizub, Kathryn Bokat Terescik, Anna Bokat Varto and Margaret Bokat Bizub; four stepbrothers, Adam Cihon, who died in infancy, and Joseph, Steve and John Cihon; and two stepsisters, Ann Cihon, who died in childhood, and Margaret Mrazek.
