Anna M. Korcheck, 89, of Nemacolin, died at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 1995, in her home.
She was born May 8, 1906, in Etna, a daughter of Andrew and Anna Opest.
Mrs. Korcheck had lived in Nemacolin for 65 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church in Nemacolin and was a member of the Rosary Society / Christian Mothers of the church.
Her husband, Michael Korcheck, died in 1973.
Surviving are two sons, Stephen J. Korcheck of Brandenton, Fla., and Robert A. Korcheck of Nemacolin; two brothers, Albert Opest of McClellandtown and Andrew Opest of Carmichaels; one sister, Pauline Jaslowski of Uniontown; three grandchildren, Michael Korcheck, Stephanie Korcheck and Robert A. Korcheck II; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased, in addition to her husband, are one son, Michael Korcheck; and two sisters, Mary Myers and Helen Lengal.
